Below you’ll find details about delivery costs, couriers, and cutoff times for dispatch. If anything isn’t clear, please contact our Customer Care team before placing your order.


Is my presence required at the time of delivery?

Please inform our Customer Care team if no one will be available to accept the delivery. While some couriers may leave parcels in a safe place, others may require a signature. If you have specific instructions (e.g., safe place or neighbour), let us know when ordering.

How much is delivery?

Notes: Thresholds shown are order values + VAT. Weight limits and surcharges may apply for heavy/oversized items and remote areas.

Delivery to England

  • Orders over £120 Inc VAT and under 25kgFREE
  • Orders under £540 Inc VAT£60
  • Orders over £540 inc VATFREE

Delivery to the Channel Isles

  • Orders under £750  -  £60
  • Orders over £750  - FREE

Delivery to Scotland

  • Orders over £120 Inc VAT and under 25kgFREE
  • Orders under £900 Inc VAT£70
  • Orders over £900 Inc VATFREE

Which courier do you use?

Orders are delivered via DX, Palletforce, or Pall-Ex. If you have a tracking number, you can track your order on the courier’s website.

Dispatch & delivery times

  • Orders placed Monday–Friday before 1pm – dispatched the same day.
  • Orders placed Monday–Thursday after 1pm – dispatched the next working day.
  • Orders placed after 1pm on Friday – dispatched on Monday.
  • All orders are shipped via our next-day delivery service (subject to courier performance and location).
  • Please ensure access for delivery vehicles is safe and suitable; failed deliveries due to access issues may incur redelivery charges.
  • Heavier consignments or palletised deliveries may require curbside/offload access and an adult to receive.
  • If your area is classed as remote by the courier, lead times and charges may vary.
