Returns & Refunds

We want you to be happy with every purchase. If something isn’t right, the details below explain what can and can’t be returned and how refunds are processed.


Items that can’t be returned or refunded

For safety and legal reasons, some items aren’t eligible for return or refund:

  • Products that have been used.
  • Products that are not in a re-saleable condition or not in their original packaging.
  • Unsealed pet or animal toiletries.
  • Veterinary Medicinal Products (e.g. flea, tick & worming treatments).
  • Frozen products.

These restrictions ensure product safety and compliance with industry regulations. We appreciate your understanding.

Return Policy

  • Return window: Items must be returned within 14 days of purchase.
  • Condition for returns: Items must be re-saleable, unused, and in their original packaging.
  • Refund method: Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
  • Return fees: A fee of £5 will be deducted per parcel returned. The original delivery charge is non-refundable.
  • Exceptions: Medications (including all flea & tick treatments and wormers), personalised items, and frozen products are non-refundable.

Refund processing time

Refunds or credits are normally processed within 2–5 working days after we receive and inspect your return.

Please ensure items are packaged securely. Returns that arrive damaged or not in re-saleable condition may not be eligible for a refund.
